What Are Estate Sales ?
Estate Sale Homes are properties being sold for a person who is deceased or that will be moving. The sales process can be emotionally overwhelming to the survivors, and quite trying for the listing agent do to the emotional and sentimental attachment by the family to the home.
Where the survivors of the deceased cannot agree to the disposition of property, a court may order the property to be sold with the proceeds to be divided between the survivors. Such a sale and division may also be mandated in the will of the deceased.

Add sparkle to the house, add some bling blings, make it look fresh, new. Put in some nice sofa's, paintings, area rugs as props.
Make a big splash, sell it quickly. Get the agent to do a CMA, understand the market
